In one video, Beckham may be seen performing a rigorous floor routine on a Sorinex glider while wearing a white tank top. He added the caption, “Just a light exercise to get you off to a good start.” He also uploaded an image of himself doing pull-ups, demonstrating just how shredded his arms and back are—with the words “Back at it.”

Beckham has released a number of videos in the past year, including one promoting his F45 fitness program. In the most recent example, Beckham is seen doing an F45 workout. Over 8.6 million people have viewed Beckham’s video, which shows him doing elevated split squats, running in place, box jumps, and more. He includes a caption with the video, promising that you’ll love it.

He has Victoria Beckham, the finest fitness partner a guy could ask for.

Victoria Beckham and David Beckham are gym addicts in and out of the box, and their fitness goals are no different. Victoria Beckham told GRAZIA that she works out with David Beckham and a trainer every week. The pair also posed for a hilarious exercise video where they were hitting light-up buttons, all while maintaining their planks.

He collaborated with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson to make the DB45 exercise, which consists of exercises he performs himself in order to stay buff.

David Beckham teamed up with F45 and celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson to develop a cutting-edge fitness program called DB45. The routine is made up of all of Beckham’s own workouts to maintain his muscle tone, and it’s already breaking records! DB 45 may be attempted in over 67 countries and 1,800 studios, but the most remarkable aspect of this program? It’s a method for sports enthusiasts to workout like David Beckham.

“It’s tailor-made to what I used to do in my profession, some of the exercises,” says David Beckham. “We never tailor anything to a particular sport or athlete because our group isn’t about athletes. Yes, there are ex-athletes that join F45, but this is not a workout built just for elite athletes.”

According to AP, the fast-paced cardio session consists of 11 stations, each one relating to football. Agility exercises are done in sets of two at various stations, while “defenders” stations concentrate on functional resistance training. For 23 and 32 seconds consecutively, exercises are carried out in pairs at every station. The figures were picked for a reason; they’re the numbers on Beckham’s jersey.
