How Sylvester Stallone Stays Fit At 76

Sylvester Stallone will always be remembered for his muscular, toned film characters, such as Rambo and Rocky Balboa. “Sly” is a lifelong favorite actor, screenwriter, director, and icon. He still has all that it takes to inspire fans at 76 years old, from Green Beret to boxer to mafia boss. Continue reading to learn more about Sylvester Stallone’s healthy habits.

Fans should be ecstatic. Stallone will appear on our televisions soon as a mafia capo who has just completed a 25-year jail sentence, “The General” Manfredi in Tulsa King, Dwight. The creator of Yellowstone is behind the new series and expects it to premiere this fall. It will be Stallone’s first foray into television acting; we are simply ecstatic. His most recent credits include Samaritan and The Expendables 4, with Tulsa King and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 now taking center stage.

“I’ve always wanted to be a gangster since the beginning of my career… I started my career off mugging people… but it has never happened. Although I have an idea why, but it is better late instead of never. Taylor Sheridan has written an original idea, a screenplay that was superb; Terence Winter, who created Boardwalk Empire and The Sopranos, put it all together and what you’re left with is East meets West.”

Even after all these years, the legendary, ripped star still appears to be able to jump right into a boxing ring, and if we shut our eyes and listen close, we might still hear him shouting out “Yo Adrian!” as though it were only yesterday. We’d want to know what this celebrity’s secrets for looking so dapper are. How is he still able to perform at such a high level?

On the Instagram platform, Sly has posted videos of himself training on the squat rack with 45-pound barbell plates on his knees and spreading all-around motivation at the gym. “Great heavy morning! Throwing hard Punches till the last bell,” he captioned a brief but intense exercise video tagging Gunnar Peterson, his strength coach and personal trainer. Stallone also uploaded a short video of him lifting a hefty set of dumbbells up to a punching bag before pounding away. On his Instagram account, you’ll notice Sly fishing in addition to going to the driving range and golf course, where he has given fans advice and photographs.
