UFC Champ Reveals The Secret To Optimizing You Workouts

Georges St-Pierre reached the top echelon of UFC welterweight fighters before announcing his departure in 2019, thoroughly earning his place in the Historical Hall of Fame. But the fighter has certainly not let himself go after leaving the ring.

St-Pierre has consistently proven that he can not only maintain his top performance, but that he can also keep considerable upper body and core strength and mobility, by using many viral fitness challenges, some of which he discovered on TikTok, and invited his followers to try out along with him.

After recently reaching 40 and changing his nutrition, he is now even leaner and shredded than ever before. Pierre shared his new physique on his Instagram, explaining that he removed all processed foods from his diet for the past couple of weeks.

St-Pierre has spent his post-UFC time as an actor. After being in the 2014 movie, Captain America, in which his character fought Captain America himself, St-Pierre then reprised his role in several episodes of the new The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series.

He showed that he is still a formidable opponent to the Avengers, and his character was still alive at the end of the show, leaving future appearances as a possibility.
