[Video] Conor McGregor Shares His Leg Workout

32-year-old Conor McGregor is reportedly ready to take on Dustin Poirier, who defeated him at their last fight, on July 10.

McGregor is now working hard in muscle mode. And he is not only showing us what to wear in the gym, he is also showing how he is working hard on his cardio and his legs.

Yesterday McGregor posted videos showing him performing an intense workout. The first of these videos shows the UFC star fighting a treadmill at full speed, putting on some serious incline.

… the next video shows him sprinting.

Then, 10 hours later, McGregor, who seems to be in Dubai, posted more videos of still more cardio.

He then completes a homemade version of a triathlon (without swimming). The triathlon, he says, involves cycling 20km, running 10km, then running another 10km.

Cardio has normally been McGregor’s weakness, so it is good to see him focusing on it. Maybe he has found the hunger Georges St-Pierre says he needed?
