3 Super-Easy Tips For Fast Weight Loss

Have you ever Googled “ways to lose weight without trying?” You’re certainly not the only one who’s done it. We all want to reduce weight easily, but we’d also like it to be simple. Unfortunately, some effort is required because you can’t lose weight merely by wishing it away. Some strategies for losing weight appear to be incredibly easy and require no effort at all. This includes “effortless” eating practices, among other things.

Losing weight doesn’t have to be difficult. That’s why we consulted with Lyssie Lakatos and Tammy Lakatos Shames, authors of The Nutrition Twins’ Veggie Cure to learn how adopting easy and simple eating habits may help you lose weight quicker than if you didn’t use these suggestions.

1 — Add vegetables to your meals.

According to The Nutrition Twins, “Fill half of your plate with vegetables.” They’ll fill you up with fiber and few calories and crowd out the heavier foods on your plate.

The Nutrition Twins recommend that, when feasible, vegetables should be added to every meal since they have the same impact as eating a full plate of veggies.

A few simple ingredients are all you need to add a burst of flavor to your dish. Snow peas, cauliflower, carrots, and mushrooms, for example, can be added to any chicken and rice stir-fry with minimal effort. If you’re preparing pasta with shrimp, toss in broccoli and zucchini.

“You don’t have to chop the veggies at all; frozen vegetables, which are just as nutritious as fresh ones since they are packed and frozen, may be used,” The Nutrition Twins add.

Because the nutrients are protected in this form, they are not lost during shipping or storage at the stores. If the veggies are exposed to light, heat, or take a long time to arrive on store shelves, their nutrients will still be present in those frozen vegetables.

2 — Choose calorie-free beverages.

“When we consume calories, our brain does not get the signal that we’re getting energy, and we do not compensate for those calories as we would after eating. Instead, we eat considerably more later.” says The Nutrition Twins.

The study also revealed that women who ate meals with more carbohydrates than protein gained less weight over time. When the researchers looked at men, they discovered that those who consumed high amounts of carbs in their diet were 2 times more likely to gain weight when compared to those who did not follow this dietary pattern. Meanwhile, drinking sugar-free, unsweetened beverages like water, seltzer, or infused waters that are naturally sweet will fill up your stomach and help prevent overeating. They also provide the fluids your body require to keep from becoming dehydrated, which is important for bodily function in general, including metabolism.

3 — Eat soluble fiber.

Soluble fiber is found in fruits like strawberries, apples, and citrus fruits, as well as oats, oat bran,  rice bran, beans, peas, and potatoes.

“These are all excellent sources of soluble fiber, which is fermented in the gut and converted to short-chain fatty acids that reduce hunger hormones and increase fullness hormones, helping to minimize visceral fat.” says The Nutrition Twins.

Soluble fiber, which is found in oat bran and flaxseed, may help you slim down your midsection by 3.7 percent if you consume it every day, according to one study.
